How quickly can you send a technician?
For standard maintenance requests, we typically schedule within 24–48 hours. For urgent/emergency issues (e.g., no cooling, flooding), we aim to arrive within 2–4 hours in Hyderabad and nearby areas. Response times may vary based on location and current demand.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we offer free on-site estimates for most renovation, painting, and major repair projects. For minor handyman repairs, a nominal inspection fee of ₹299 may apply, which is deducted from your final bill if you proceed with the service.
What areas do you serve?
HomeHNI currently serves Hyderabad (including Gachibowli, HITEC City, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kondapur, Madhapur, Secunderabad) and select areas of Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. We are expanding to Bengaluru and Chennai soon. Enter your address on our booking form to check serviceability.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash (INR), bank transfers (NEFT/UPI), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) via secure payment link, and popular UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Invoices are issued upon completion.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all repairs and installations. Parts supplied by HomeHNI may carry manufacturer warranties (typically 6–12 months). Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or issues caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule by calling our support line or replying to your confirmation SMS/WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of ₹150–₹300 depending on service type.
