TRANSPARENCY

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

How to recognise commercial content on HomeHNI.in.

Published 29 October 2026. This page describes how commercial placements are identified when used. It does not mean HomeHNI is approved by, or currently earning from, any particular advertising or affiliate programme.

Sponsored articles and paid placements

Content paid for by a business is labelled as sponsored or advertising. Payment may influence a placement or the choice of a sponsored topic. A sponsored placement is not independent verification of a property, business, product or service.

Affiliate links

Where an article uses affiliate links, a notice near those links explains that HomeHNI may receive a commission if a reader completes a qualifying purchase or action. Programme-specific disclosures are added when required. Ordinary links and references do not necessarily generate income.

Paid links and search rankings

Paid outbound links are qualified with sponsored or nofollow attributes. HomeHNI does not sell links with a promise to improve Google rankings.

Editorial information

Readers should check current prices, availability, specifications and seller terms at the destination before making a decision. Product suggestions do not imply hands-on testing unless the article expressly describes that testing. Material sponsorships and supplied products must be disclosed.

Advertising and privacy

When third-party advertising or affiliate services are used, their links and technologies may process information under the applicable privacy notices and choices. See our Privacy Policy. An advertising enquiry does not authorise sharing individual property enquiries or subscriber lists with an advertiser.
